Έχασα μια φορά την ιδιότητα του Ανώτερου και ήταν πόνος να το επανέλθω. Προσπαθώ να αποφύγω να ξανασυμβεί κάτι τέτοιο, και όπως καταλαβαίνω χρειάζεται μόνο μια ανάρτηση κάθε 3 μήνες. Μπορείτε εσείς ή κάποιος για αυτό το θέμα να επαληθεύσει ότι είναι το μόνο που χρειάζεται; Ευχαριστώ.

It doesn't seem like it, but when you're out and about not thinking about the forum for a while... yeah it's happened once to me REALLY SUCKS!!

I think at 1000 rep you don't have to do that anymore. I'm pretty close atm

My reputation is looking great thanks to all the interactions, so I appreciate the community giving me good feedback and engaging in some interesting discussions with me! I've particularly enjoyed the history lessons that have been woven throughout those discussions, the history of medications and their effects is of great interest to me so it's all been useful and interesting.

Nothing wrong with being here “just” for a vendor, imho. I think the only important part is to, at the very least, once in awhile give a hand up to newbies on their quest as we all have been there. Or just pass on some useful info/experiences that may help someone else. That, to me, is the point of the requirement to keep posting occasionally.

Throwing in to the group as we navigate this world of self medicating makes us all hopefully that much stronger and safer.

@jaders thank you for this post it has reassured me that I wont be 'frowned upon' so to speak for posting so much and exaggerating my comments so they are over 100 characters. I have never heard of this forum before and have looked through many old threads which is really reassuring because I have basically lived this on other platforms for a couple of decades now. Unfortunately things went wrong with my old vendor and restrictions had me searching the web but the silver lining is that I found this place while still having enough time to reinstate before my body gives me real problems.
Brain fog is kicking me and some just now so communication is not my strong point but you can consider me a good asset to have around as I do have a lot of knowledge (when I can access it ) and i can help with any new users or give any insights as to how certain relationships work while staying anonymous
I see self medicating as a proactive approach to our health, the amount of times I have been misdiagnosed by a professional and given meds which have made me worse off... Yes being proactive in self care is something that is misunderstood greatly.
