Hey all, I received the following email (edited) from Inhouse on Sept. 30 and wondering what to make of it. Anyone else received similar?

Due to mandatory changes in regulations applying to payment processing, our bank requires us to obtain the PHYSICAL RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS of the person making the payment to process your order. PO Box numbers supplied as a 'Physical Residential Address' are not considered acceptable due diligence; therefore cannot be used to identify your physical residential address when used as a billing address. We must comply with this regulatory requirement which means auditing the information we receive from our customers. Before we can process your order we require updating this regulatory requirement.

1. BILLING ADDRESS - Must provide a physical residential address only. PO Boxes are NOT permitted. 2. DELIVERY ADDRESS - PO Boxes are acceptable, and we can still deliver to these. Only the 'Billing Address' field on your account requires the update to a physical residential address. Would you please email us at [προστασία μέσω email] with your physical residential address, and we will update your billing information to avoid further delays in processing your order? Kindly put your order number and name in the subject line when you reply.

It sounds like that is what their E-check payment processor wants, a physical address for a person. But if I read what you wrote correctly, it does not affect the shipping address. I have done a lot of business with inhouse pharmacy and have found them to be excellent in their customer service. I did not get an email from them, but on the other hand I don’t have a post office box as my billing address. It’s good to know though, thank you.
 
I do e-check payments using a non-postal rented mailbox (which is also the address the bank I'm using has for me, so it needs to be used as my billing address) and haven't received that either.
 
I also use a non-Post Office rented mailbox, but being located in a very small town, their mail goes thru a P.O. Box. They do (obviously) have a physical address for package delivery. As a full-time nomad living in a motorhome, any request for "physical address" can be tricky and usually feels like a trap... but then again maybe that's being kinda paranoid.... also the P.O. box IS my billing address so none of this makes much sense to me.

I did write Inhouse back with the physical address of my mail service and received a reply within a few hours that my e-check was approved and package is prepared for shipment.
 
I was fretted when I listened to that it was looking like this drug store was no longer trustworthy. They are not least expensive option, however in my experience, they constantly came through in my end. A number of years ago I really did not have medical insurance, and also they had blood pressure meds in containers of 500 for around $75 a container. Really a lifesaver at the time. Grateful to listen to that it seems like points are looking up with them.
 
Got my order today, so 2-3 weeks for shipment (to UK). Actually well packaged including details brochures and each med in a separate ziplock bag in addition to its own packaging. No customizeds cost (do not know why, as I was anticipating one). Significant on beyond box, non limited pharmaceuticals. Maybe not the least expensive however I'm very delighted.

Nobody has said IHP is "no longer trustworthy". There is nothing to fret about. They continue to be as trustworthy and reliable as they have been for many years.
 
For the medications they carry they work well, at least 2 times that I tried to cure myself with some stuff because the Hospitals and Clinics were full because of flu, you have to wait quite a bit, 15 days more or less, but for the rest it's all ok with this vendor.
 
Latest order just arrived - I placed order on 11/12 and received today 11/27 to Midwest USA. I have been a customer of IHP for many years and never lost an order. They also have excellent customer service if you ever need to call them. They are the most dependable vendor that I use.

They're excellent. I've used them periodically for years and the medications, brand name or otherwise, are precisely what they advertise and say on the tin (so to speak). If they offer what you're looking for, I've found them to be a reliable source. I've never been scammed, or sent out-of-date or dodgy products, or had an item go lost in transit, or dealt with worrying packaging or had an ineffective purchase. Their selection is limited but so far my experience has been solid.
