Hey all, I received the following email (edited) from Inhouse on Sept. 30 and wondering what to make of it. Anyone else received similar?
Due to mandatory changes in regulations applying to payment processing, our bank requires us to obtain the PHYSICAL RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS of the person making the payment to process your order. PO Box numbers supplied as a 'Physical Residential Address' are not considered acceptable due diligence; therefore cannot be used to identify your physical residential address when used as a billing address. We must comply with this regulatory requirement which means auditing the information we receive from our customers. Before we can process your order we require updating this regulatory requirement.
1. BILLING ADDRESS - Must provide a physical residential address only. PO Boxes are NOT permitted. 2. DELIVERY ADDRESS - PO Boxes are acceptable, and we can still deliver to these. Only the 'Billing Address' field on your account requires the update to a physical residential address. Would you please email us at
